We're taking Anti-Malarials now, which means we have less than a week before we're in India. Exams are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and we're having a dirt cheap storage company pick up our junk on Tuesday. Things are wrapping up. Yep.
Also, I lost my digital camera. Oops. While we were out punting with the boys it somehow disappeared, which is strange since we were on a boat - there's not a lot of room to hide. So we're off to India with my mom's Advantix camera. Which, unfortunately, means there might not be a lot of opportunity for putting photos online, we'll have to see. The Children's home does have internet access, so we'll keep you all updated.
Those exams are coming right up! There's not much more that can be accomplished. The short time remaining means anything else I want to know needs to go in the short term memory slot, but that's alright.
We've been getting ready for India the last few days, especially Grace. We've got money belts, little chains, tons of bug spray, sunscreen, and 14 weeks worth of anti-malarials each. Grace got some new sandals (flip flops are not a practical long term footwear) and I'm looking forward to getting some summer reading books. I figure it's the one time I can read economics for pleasure. I tried to read some extra economics stuff earlier in the year but I just went crazy. Can't have one thing on your mind all the time. You need breaks. But this summer I think I'm going to try out the famous "The World is Flat" and "Freakonomics." If you think there's something else Grace or I might like, please, we're all ears.
Almost forgot - I also bought some new music on iTunes. That's vitally important. And I'll probably buy some more before we head out. I think the iPod is the one valuable thing I'm going to take, since I tend to lose everything.
And that's that! Now I'm going to study for the rest of the night!
We set this up to keep in touch with people we may not see for awhile. So keep in touch. We'll try to keep this thing interesting and updated frequently.

Ahhh, more books to bring to India? You should check out "Irrational Exuberance", which I believe we have talked about. You'd like it. It's basically "people are massively delusional about speculative markets" with lots of good juicy tidbits.
